I clicked the "Rebuild" button and got the below message:

Message
Update sites have been rebuilt from manifest files

.

Then I tried installing again and got the message I showed you in my previous post.

Could it be my PHP version?

Where did you download the file that you are trying to install ? What is the filename ?
