Where did you download the file that you are trying to install ? What is the filename ?

the problem is that you are
- trying to install the light version but you are currently using the Pro versio (of course the system does not allow that to not loose the features)
or
- trying to automatically update the Pro version, without setting the licence

please login on joomlack.fr and download the Pro version from your account or directly from this page

if you want you can also use Extensions Manager Ck to manage your licence key and allow the automatic update

let me know if all is ok now
once the Pro updated, you can rebuild the update sites, or just disable the one for the light version
