Update Maximenu to version 8 from version 6 or 7

I agree with the fact that this is not a simple update, this is a MAJOR update : like any program (joomla: itself for example) you can not expect to update with one click.

I had to choose to make a major version to add some needed features.

AND YOU CHOOSE TO CHARGE FOR DOCUMENTATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You must love answering questions and having frustrated customers.


YOU HAVE LOST THIS CUSTOMER

WANT A REFUND ON THE PARAMS UPDATE I PAID FOR TODAY.

I did the update on one of my sites and I am getting an error "ERROR MESSAGE FROM MAXIMENU CK PARAMS" when I go into the Module Manager and attempt to click the MaximenuCK Params button. This is Joomla 3.3. Maximenu and the new Themes have already been installed. Also there are a variety of 404 errors in my Ubuntu control panel when this happens:
File does not exist: /mypath/public_html/administrator/components/com_maximenuck/images/modal, referer: www.ufcinc.com/administrator/index.php?o...&layout=modal&id=238

Any ideas?

Here is what happens when I try to edit the Maximenu CK Styles Params:

The plugin is not installed or enabled. Shows right on the Menu Module Options page (comes up 8 seconds in). Go to Plugin Manager and verify the plugin is installed the correct version and enabled.

That was a message showing that the MaximenuCK Mobile wasn't installed. I bought that and installed it just because it may be useful down the road. Still get the same error message as before.
