you can have a look at your source code, maximenu is not in the page. You have a problem in your config. Try to create a new maximenu module 'module manager >> New' and publish it, assigned to all pages

I use it all on a Xampp test server, but I just uploaded the template and the gabarit to the site.
please go to rutw.in/administrator, you can play around with all, nothing important on that site...it is a real mess, but the effects have never worked on any site, nor on the test server.

I have done some more testing...and even when I start a new template with template creator...still no fancy effects. neither have your free responsive templates this css.
