There is a replacement for AdminExile:

A Key, a Value and a Redirect path can be set in plugin options.
Works good for me.

ASM No Admin

Similar to ASM No Admin
GoTo Admin
extensions.joomla.org/extension/gotoadmin/

Talking about EasyImageCaption CK option to hide captions in blog view, on the frontpage or both doesn't work. If it is selected any of these it will hide captions entirely.

Hi Heino, I've seen that plugin. But it's not comparable to admin excile. There's no IP whitelist/blacklist, there's no blocking feature for brute force attacks, there's no notification that your site is trying to be compromised. There are other features it's lacking as well. I'll agree it hides the admin login, but that's all it does. Admin Excile is a far more complete solution.

I have tested and it works, hidden in blog view and shown in other views
try to clear your cache and test again
