anchor missing in url

ok, you are right, there is a misunderstanding. I went on the wrong way
I see now what you mean, in fact you want my plugin to add the anchors in the url (by default as explained they are not added on scroll)

When I disable your plugin the error is not there. Maybe you can have a look sometime.

can you please tell me how you get this page url ? the problem is that the variables shall be "?year" and not "#year"
if you tell me how to reproduce the issue, I can check
