anchor missing in url

Thank you for this plugin. On my site the anchors are missing when I enable your plugin. Without your plugin the url looks like http:// demo.com/#article1 ... /#article2 and so on, with your plugin the /#article1 is not there anymore. The only reason why I use your plugin is to set the scroll offset. Am I missing something or why do you delete the anchor from the url in the address bar?

ok i understand, you mean that the page is redirect and the anchor is shown in the url
using the scroll page, you will stay on the same page, so the url does not change. But this is not a problem ... the one page scrolling system is working

Without the /#anchor1 in the url, the url does not work because without an anchor the page gets loaded with scroll position 0. If a user wants to forward the link to the contact form to a friend they should send them to http:// demo.com/#contact so #contact is an important part of the url which is there without your plugin but missing when your plugin is enabled. Hence I am only asking to not delete the anchor from the url.

you can see that it will scroll to the contact page immediately. You can copy/paste the urls from the menu
you can not change the url without reloading the page, which is not the goal of a scrolling website
