Image Effect CK (no work)

But the last time, I applied the same image effects in another site, the effect was applied to the image, and then stopped working, I already tried to do several procedures that was spoken in the forum and did not work. I did not know anything was disabled in Joomla.

there are multiple JS errors in your page, because of the order of your script

<script src="/media/jui/js/jquery.min.js"></script>

the jquery.min.js shall be called first
not sure why this happens, may be due to the template. you can try with Protostar to see if it works

Friend I really liked this plugin, I have another site that I use and the work was very good, so I wanted to use the same. Or Joomla is basically built of; Plugins, modules and plugins. Do you know how I can correct this problem?
