Okay, I just did the test, and it worked correctly on the Protostar templete, so it's templete.
I will test in another temple.

the template is probably in cause, but it could also be a plugin/module that is only triggered when using something published in a position of the other template ...

For some reason all image effects have stopped working on modules, but not within articles. How can I fix this?

I have de same problem, the effects aren´t working in my image.

I am testing a proyect in my local computer with Joomla 3.6.5 and image effectck 2.0.7. I put this code in a module, but the image always have the same state:

I also have tried using the Joomla editor as you can see in the attached image, but it still doesn´t work.

Could you tell what I am not doing well? I attached the result of the code too.
