I can´t give the url, I work in local.
Solved, just missing install "imageeffectck_2.0.7".

you must install and enable the plugin Image Effect CK
www.joomlack.fr/en/download-joomla-exten...y/33-image-effect-ck

this is the system plugin that make it works, the params is only for additional features
