The only way I know to check a website is to install the "widget" from this site: userway.org/widget .To get this software on your site you need to go through a 10-step configuration process, then paste into the template for your test site a link to a customized Javascript residing on the Userway site . I can not test it on your site, as I have no stand-alone screen readers.

the only thing that I don't know, is how to check the accessibility level, do you know that ? how to know if it is AA compliant for example

I suggest you contact UserWay directly - identify yourself and let them know about the very popular Joomla extension MaxiMenu CK and let them know what you are doing. I'm sure they would love to work with you!
