don't worry about the translation of the option, not yet done
go in the plugin options and use the Exclusions like that

com_content,com_contact

>> will exclude anything from these components

com_content.article,com_contact

>> will exclude only the article view from the com_content, and everything from com_contact

you can use multiple exclusions separated by a comma
