Error after upgrade to J4

I am upgrading a site to J4. I followed the instructions and the site migrated. The Home page will display if I use the Joomla default template or if I create a new template with Template Creator CK, but it wont load my existing templates. I get this message -

I checked the directory structure and can not see a /components/com_contacts/models folder, although it is present on my J3 site. I have the latest version of Pagebuilder CK installed.
Can you help please, I can provide access to the site if necessary.

have you followed the instructions to update the joomla 4 version in the Page >> Informations ?

Gmail can block the file if it has some code in it, I think this is the problem ...
