Joomla update 3.10.1 to 4.0.2

Here is the link to the page I tried to update to J4.02

I think that the problem comes with the data (I did not have one)

Also, I had the update on a clean page with no data and the error did not occur, the update was successful
The problem showed up where I had the data on the site and I was updating the CK extensions, maybe then something went wrong
Overall I dealt with it by uninstalling PBCK and reinstalling it on the updated website

So there was a problem? . Because I already thought it was my fault and I just missed something when updating

the problem is a code about JUri located in the system plugin. This code is no more supported by Joomla4 and needs to be updated
