Joomla update 3.10.1 to 4.0.2 was created by Kleszewski
Hi
I am trying to upgrade my Joomla website from
3.10.1 to 4.0.2
Pre-Update Check for Joomla 4.0.2 >> Update Information Unavailable >> Extension does not offer a compatible version for the selected target version of Joomla. This could mean the extension does not use the Joomla update system or the developer has not provided compatibility information for this Joomla version yet.
System - Pagebuilder CK (Potential Upgrade Issue)
System - Mobile Menu CK (Potential Upgrade Issue)
I have installed:
Page Builder CK Version 2.11.0 PRO
Mobile Menu CK Version : 1.3.7 PRO
Could this information prevent the Joomla website from updating properly?
[hr]
Print screen [hr] [hr]
After updating the page, the backend of the admin of the page is working properly, while the front of the page of Error 500.
After uninstalling Page Builder CK Version 2.11.0 PRO before upgrading Joomla from 3.10.1 to 4.0.2, the problem, Error: 500, does not appear. Pages are working fine.

Before the update, I uninstalled Page Builder CK, I left the Mobile Menu CK, the update went fine and the pages, after changing the template in Template Creator CK to 4x.
Now I have installed Page Builder CK on this new update and the site works just fine.
Interestingly . All Page builder CK settings go back to the same place, after reinstalling, it is, nothing has changed as if I hadn't uninstalled it at all I even have the Pages library that I created before
Here is the address of the domain where I installed Page Builder CK, after updating Joomla to 4.0.2

yes this is normal, because I don't remove the database tables during the uninstall. This is to avoid to loose everything if someone uninstall by error ...Interestingly . I have tested
- fresh install 3.10.1 + pbck + mmck same version as yours
- udpate to j4.0.2
no error (tested 2 times). I think that the problem comes with the data (I did not have one)
are you able to create the problem on a test site and give an admin + ftp access ?
