ok, the mobile menu is loaded and working
the problem is that it has no CSS. Have you setup a style in the module >> mobile options ?
if yes, please try to remove it and tell me

do you have some cache ? can you please check that and clear them
can you please also try to disable the css minification in your T4 template ?
