Cannot open submenus and menu is closing very fast

Hello, I have three issues with the mobile menu: First of all the "+"es to open a submenu are hidden. When I click on the very right of the menu, the submenu opens and I can see the "-" to close it again, so I wonder why I cannot see the "+". And moreover, the menu is closing after a few seconds automatically with no chance to see all the menu items, that is annoying. Can I switch this one off? And finally I have to click onto the Hamburger-Button to open the menu albeit I have chosen "mouseover" in the settings.

can you please set the event on "click" instead of "mouseover", so that I can check if the issue is related to that

for the +/- icons, please check in the styling interface, you will see the settings for the icons
check that they are correctly set
you can also try to load a preset, for example "theme3" and see if it works
