I saw on another post:
That is good info, I have now disabled MaxiMenu CK Mobile. Please let me know a little more about using Mobile Menu CK Pro with Maximenu and Template Creator. I keep having various issues and I am wondering if I just don't have these all configured properly to work together. For example, is the MaxiMenu CK Mobile needed if I have Mobile Menu CK Pro? - you can use one or the other, but not both

ok, on these 2 sites the desktop menu will sometimes disappear and when I look at the underlying source, when the desktop menu disappears the code for the mobile menu is there (but no mobile menu)

it seems that you have enabled a mobile menu hamburger icon in the template for the "nav" block
remove this as you have already added your mobile menu on the module
by my side the mobile menu works, but not on a lower resolution than the hamburger icon on "nav"

I have removed the hamburger menu, but continue to have problems. Not all the time but every once in awhile the parent item has an error javascript:void (0) and when I inspect it, it shows the hamburger menu code (even though I have disabled it) I have tried multiple things including removing the maximenu ck plugin and it still happens.

Hi
there are 2 things here
(checked on skagit.kidinsider.com)
1/ the hamburger code : this shall not be loaded in the page if you set it to "nothing" in template creator
I will check this part
2/ the javascript void(0) : this is added by JS because you have set the menu to open on click. Else it would redirect hte page instead of opening the submenu.
For info this is not an error
also that you have set a 25px height on #nav, this makes the menu overflow. you shall never use a fixed height to avoid problems in responsive mode
