I can't even get ImageEffects to work

Please i intall the ImageEffect CK but i cant see where to select of put the effects. i saw the plugin in the plugin folder and when i read it say i should add this <img src="images/banners/2-min.png" class="effectck-lily" title="Nice Day::The sun shines" /> to custom css. please which custom css. and when i add it to the tinymice editor custom css and on the image custom css i got this massage

please tell me where you read that you shall use the custom css ? you don't need this to make it work

to make it work (using the Light version) you shall apply the "CSS class" on your image : "effectck-lily" >> this is the CSS class that you shall add on the image, to apply the effect

No. In CSS class you must not write the entire image tag, only this : "effectck-lily"
