I can't even get ImageEffects to work

Please help. I have installed the editor and I cannot even get the editor button to work. I have also added the default style (effectck-lily).

Our test page is hyperinsulinism.co.uk/para/ . The software is all up to date (3.9.10) and the latest version, with a custom Bootstrap template.

I have checked the code and the javascript and css files are loading with the page, but I cannot work out whats wrong. I have also tried a default template and still nothing.

Please help, I can provide a temporary login if necessary

Oh yes, it does work. Thank you.

BUT the editor button is not showing on the back end. That I will need to working for the guy that will be updating the website.

I am using JCE Editor but I ran a check and it doesn't work on the standard TinyPCE editor either.

The plugin Image Effect CK. i thought I'd get the free version working 1st.

yes and it works as you can see in the frontend
