Cookies are not deleted if Decline button is clicked

There is still one thing I can not understand how it works.

I've activated block iframes option.
I have three cookies of Google Analytics key(name) _gid and key(name) _ga, _gat
If I click in Cookies options on "Decline" one of them or "Decline all",
I can still see those cookies in the Application > Storage > Cookies of my Chrome browser after page reloading,
should they be deleted ?
There only the value of cookiesck changes to yes or no if I click "Decline all" or "Accept all" but cookies _ga, _gat and _gid are still there.

that may interfer with the cookies script

I have checked that on a website where I was able to reproduce the same as you
if you don't agree, the cookie is not stored
if you agree, the cookie is stored
if you change your mind and you want to refuse the cookie later, its value will be updated so that it expires (this is the way to remove a cookie). BUT, in the browser, it can still be shown. I have noticed an information on Firefox for example :

The cookie XXX has been rejected because it has already expired

This means that the cookie can not be stored anymore
