Title outside the caption box

Hi

I have entered the title of a slide. Now this text is outside the black "textbox" which sits above the picture. I have attached a documents illustrating the issue and the caption style settings.

How can I set the width of the text box to "automatic" or wider?.

The URL does not help. It is in a module with Super Admin view only as I'm developing it on the page itself and it goes live only in August.

I don't have any screenshot, and how can I debug if I have no access to the system ? I have to see in action and test to debug
