could you please just switch to another template to see if it works ? It actually returns multiple errors that could break the tooltip script

I have just switched templates and it works, have you any idea why the template could be stopping this working?

yes the offset are managed by the tooltip script. If you have a JS error in the page that breaks the script, it won't work.
And your template has a JS error !
