offsetx and offsety do not work

I have a tooltip that appears near the top of my webpage. Instead of adjusting itself to be viewable it just goes off the top off the page. When i try to use offsety to adjust it to come down a bit it does not work. I have spent a lot of time trying to fix this. Adding a top-margin to your CSS does not work (oddly enough right and left margin does)

already replied by email, the version for 1.5 does not have this feature. If I have some time I will add it, but I do not upgrade the old 1.5 verisons anymore.

Hi,

I have this plugin on my joomla 2.5 install, The offsetx and ofsety work when you set them in the plugin parameters,
But
They are not working when i try to set them as customer parameters, my code is:

{tooltip}My Title{end-texte|w=800|offsetx=100|offsety=100}My Tooltiptext{end-tooltip}

How can i fix this?

The URL to the page is:

It has 2 instances of the tooltip on this page,

1. At the top right 'where's our phone number', this is using the plugin parameters
2. In the content area 'where's our phone number', this should be using customer parameters but it is not working.
