It works as expected however it does not work just on hover. One need to click on it to see the tooltip. A hover function would be perfect. You know why it doesnt work on hover now?

it can not work on hover, because the focus would be on the tooltip and then you can never hide it
as the tooltip is positionned in the middle of the screen, there is no mouse relation with the text to hover ...
that is why you can only use it on click
