dark background with opacity on normal screens not only mobile.

Hi ,

I just bought the tooltip pro. Its a nice plugin but I would like to have the mobile feature , with the opacity background, also on the normal screen.
Is that possible?
that when I hover over the tooltip that the background gets dark with opacity.
May be with a little hacktrick?
