Trying to create this menu design

I had to make an addition to the dropdown menu on "Party extras" but the drop down menu does not now seem to extend down the total length.

Not sure where I have gone wrong here, was too long ago to remember what I did originally, and trying to look at it in Firebug it closes the dropdown menu up making it hard for me to see how it was presenting the dropdown bit etc. I can see where it sets the colour, but not length etc.

Where or what do I need to adjust to get the drop down to always stay the length of the total number of menu items, if I remove a couple, it still opens the same height, so I must have set that somewhere to a fixed height.

this can be due to the font because the height is calculated before the font is applied
you can go in "Party extras" menu item edition >> maximenu params - submenu styles >> submenu height
then force the value here
