Side MaxiCK menu is clear in IE displays bad

Ok but what about that side menu problem? Is that normal? It's clear and you can't really see what it says.

no that's not normal, I have just retested and by my side with beez the vertical menu is ok (like the horizontal one) in IE
As you don't have any url, I can't see the issue ...

Ok I get that you can't see it because it's internal. Are there things I can try? Something I can check? Test? I have compared all the settings with the top working menu and they are all the same except the vertical/horizontal setting and which menu it's displaying. It seems it's just ignoring the gradient. I haven't made any template changes.

if you look correctly the screenshot, you can see that the background is in place (no gradient, just a color).
The issue seems to be a z-index issue because your content is over then menu.
