Help verticle lines & submenus

I have become too vertical lines by the submenu items and the solution not worked for me.

The menu has been going awesome!

I have a new minor hiccup I'm hoping you can help me with..since changing the order of the menu items.

The top left corner of one of my drop down menus ends up behind the logo and I was wondering how I can direct it to the right or have it go over the top of the logo.
