cannot make fix width to the menu

then for the submenu width, use the plugin params, you should be able to give the width of 980px to each submenu, edit the parent link "golf" for example and then in the params look at the "submenu" tab and give the submenu width "980"

edit : for the 4th column, please check that you also have set the "create column" on YES for the 1st column on the first submenu item "golf course"
