cannot make fix width to the menu

I purchased the plugin as well.

when I click style customization i get this error "Problem loading the file : headingstyles.xml"

I want to make fix size like 980px for the sub menu's. it has 180px sub menu items. but i want 980px for the background of sub menu's

I cant find the place to add the background width of that submenus

Now I dont know how to show all the menu's together

when a person hover to Golf they should see like this and when it shows all the menus. background width should be 980px;/

I cannot get it for 4 columns. only 3 columns creating as well.
