Issues with joomla cache

I have an issue when I enable the cache in joomla 2.5.8 with the latest version of maximenu, the background of the submenu disappears. This only happens when cache (conservative and progressive) is enabled in the backend.

That did not work!

It's funny, I disabled caching for the module, but it still caching it. I can see maximenuCK folder in the cache folder even after I deleted it and disabled caching in the module.

can you tell me a bit more about your config and how to reproduce the issue. Because I already have tested the cache and don't have this issue.
