Mootools effects breaking iOS dropdown function

This means either Mootools on and no possibility to connect a menu item at level two that has sub items with an article or Mootols off and no possibility to use the top level menu item without being connected with an article (as a seperator).

this only happens on mobile or with the onclick behavior. you can't have 2 actions on the same event....

And why does the submenu not open on a Mobile when Mootools is off and the top level item is only a separator?
