Submenu right arrow Problem

YAY!! You're a genius!! I'm VERY new at learning css, so I'm glad I was that close :)

Ok - this works GREAT when there's only 1 child item - or for the last level child items when they're more than 1 level. How do I make it work for the firstlevel child when there's more than 1 level? For example, in my site - the "OO Program" main level drops down to "Newsletters" - the Newsletters won't change colors - but the ones that pop-out to the right of Newsletters DO change colors! How do I make "Newsletters" also change?

please use firebug to check and play with your css.
try this one : div#maximenuCK li.parent ul.maximenuCK2 li.parent:hover

Hi, I am having this same problem with the right arrow addressed at the top of this thread. However, I am using the default 2 theme and just bought the Parameters plugin. I have successfully created very nice columns. However, all submenu have the text over-writing the right arrow. Again, it appears nicely in the columns, but all submenus from the columns and other parent items now overwrite the arrow. Changing column width does not help.

www.{deletethis}backcountryskistash.com Europe>Austria Tirol appears correctly, while Voralberg covers the arrow. Most other menus have this issue as well when one item is longer than others.

Thanks,
Tracy

Hi
OK, consider 2 things :
- without plugin params, use the theme default that have default values for the submenus width
- with the params plugin and default2 theme you must make a separator item for each column(even if there is only one column) to give it a width, otherwise it takes only the width fo the biggest content in the column

It takes the width for the biggest content, but it does not account for the arrow. I am using plugin parameters, however I cannot go in and manually set column widths for 50 submenus. I just need the default width to account for the longest item and the arrow.

Some sort of global setting for the whole menu would be great too.

I actually only got this because I did not see Maxi Breadcrumbs. All I really need is to create columns without seeing the parameter in the breadcrumbs. Is that still available? I am happy to kick in the 9EUR for this awesome module, but I do not want to create so much more work for the site.
