I have checked
I have switched to the "default" layout and the problem is gone
please check if you have an override of Maximenu CK in your template, may be for the "fullwidth" layout that could explain the problem
the effects are also setup to OFF in the module options, so the JS shall not be loaded at all. As it is, then for sure there is somewhere a file that call it, but not int he module itself

Hello,
It looks like when maximenu is set to “fullwidth“, we receive the console error
When maximenu is set to “default“ (recommended by the developer), the menu dropdowns are pushed off to the right of where they should be. I believe the credentials I gave you should give you access to the frontend of the site.
Do you know how we can resolve the error without disrupting the dropdowns, either using default or fullwidth?

I have received your email but this is not in my scope
the overrides are something created by you in your template. I have anyway checked on your website and there is an override for maximenuck
check in the template /html folder, you must remove this override for mod_maximenuck
