Overflow detection and mootools problem

I just disabled Rocksproket plugin so that the above errors are gone.
You can ensure that overflow protection is not working even to a simple page as product page.

If i enable mootools or disable the plugin "Overflow protection" is working normally.

I understand about that. My consern from the beginning was if i can use "Overflow detection" without using mootools.
I had no reason not to buy the module (as i did) if that would have solved my problem.
I just would like to ask once again as i did before

Is there a solution about that or mootools are critical part of the module?

I will be clear : Maximenu CK does NOT use Mootools at all

After further investigation seems like virtuemart is still using mootools causing all the problems.
I needed to enable gtranslate to my site but with mootools that becomes a difficult project.

you shall check your versions, because I don't think that virtuemart is still using Mootools unless you have an old version
the best way is to ask them directly
