It seems to have resolved itself. Perhaps turning off caching and clearing the cache took a while?

if this is a cache issue, then check in the advanced options of the module, you can disable it just for this module

That's what I did.
As it turns out my servers were not down, it was a local router issue. I could get any site on the internet but not my own sites. Strange. After rebooting the modem, router and pc several times it all straightened out.

I can access your both websites and the new one get the active state on the menu
