Hi

I just updated my maximenu and it now tells me that the parms add on is out of date. The parms version that I have is 3.1.5a_j30
Are updates available to the parms or do I have to purchase again? I purchased it a year ago or more.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi
the membership is for 6 months and includes the updates during this period. Like any membesrhip system, if you want to update after this period, you have to renew

Fair enough. There were 2 reasons for the update.

1. I had errors when switching to PHP 7.07
2. I recently started using Protostar since my old template was outdated. Since the switch the tab displayed on Maximenu as active is not the same as the actual page displayed. It seems stuck on one tab.

Updating the core and parms does resolve the PHP errors

Updating Maximenu did not help with the tab issue so I purchased the new version of parms and installed it. The issue remains regardless of PHP version. I have it at 5.6.22 for now until I get all my sites updated to use the new version.

This is the older module and parms - my active site
flapsrc.com/

This is the updated module and parms - my backup site
flapsrc2.flapsrc.com/

In addition - the font displayed for submenus is fuzzy regardless of the font used.

Sorry but I don't understand.
I went on both websites, and I don't see any error.
So I suppose that you are on a lower PHP version that works. So please paste me here the error message that you got with PHP7

for the admin issue, please clear your browser cache, logout and login and tell me if you still have it. If yes you will need to give me an admin access

Admin issue? There is no admin issue. There are no errors displayed due to having it at the older PHP version. Errors are there only if I switch to PHP 7.07. That is resolved with the updates but I can't do it just yet.

My question is about the active tab not changing. Click a link and you will see the active tab is not correct.

Use Firefox. I cleared the cache with no change

ah ok ! I have told you that I did not understand ;)

I meant that you got a problem with the admin interface and the tabs for the options.

for you active state problem please check if you have a cache, if yes try to disable it and clear it to see if it works. Also check that you have the "base item" option on "current" in the module
