Having a nightmare getting anything to work !

Yes, only bought it all the last couple of days.
it looks like it says to put [col=180] in the Menu item title is that right it isnt creating a new column?
on my site the first new one i want to create is on "belt buddy" half way down the submenu from soft toys/Animal soft toys

no.
this is if you don't have the Params.

The solution :
for example
- item 1
-- item 1.1 (column)
-- item 1.2


1/ edit the menu item 1.1 options >> maximenu params tab >> create column >> yes

or
2/ in the module options >> new button "Maximenu CK Menu Manager" >> click and open the menu in a popup.

In this popup you can simply click on the icons to activate the columns and what you want

im getting some changes with the popup - just not sure how to get the columns lined up right but at least it is starting to move things about!

I cant see any instructions for the popup (i have bought the documentation too but nothing in there)
