Easy image caption seems unable to detect the img class 'thumb'

The 'strip formatting' in the 'auto read more' plugin has no effect on the visibility of the caption, it only removes the format; the caption only becomes normal text, mixed with the other, which puzzled me, making me believe the caption had disappeared.
Hence I have not fixed the issue.

I think that the problem is that the image caption plugin is triggered before the readmore plugin, then the class is not yet applied when it runs

I have set the 'easy caption' plugin as the second to last in the order of the content type, while the 'read more' is half way.
Anyway I have tried several positions for both, no change.
​​​​​I will find a way to check the actual triggering order.
