Slide show, Purity iii and Joomla 3

Ok, My boss wants to go in a different direction so starting from scratch. Purity III is becoming more and more of a pain.. I would like to try your template creator but wanted to ask you how easy this would be. Here is a basic mockup so you can see the layout he is thinking.. Just thought I would ask. Ok, Having a little issue. When viewing the slide show on a mobile device, it is not looking to good. Any way to fix this?

please detail what is the problem exactly

If I look at the slide show on my Samsung smart phone, the layout is off. The description bar is way to big.. It is really small compared to other mods on there..
