I see
you would like the slideshow to adapt its height regarding of the image dimensions and orientation
This is not possible
You can set the "adjust image" to yes in the module options to not limit it to its height, but it will scale and crop the image.
As already said many times, in a slideshow you need to have images with similar dimensions...(this is not a photo gallery)
