slideshow doesn't appear

Many apologies, I am looking for this line of code so I can change the height to 350px. do you have any idea where I could find it?

Also how do you add a video? I have tried adding a youtube URL but it does not appear. Like I say sorry for pestering you.

Ok I have now fixed the size issue, it is just the video problem now and then I am all done.

When adding a video I have put the youtube url in the video link box, now the youtube player does appear however it will not play as it is stating an error occurred. I have tried multiple videos all with the same result.

you must point to the youtube player url, not the whole page.
Then check the url in your browser, because if you have an error then it comes from youtube, not the slideshow in my mind

Do you know anything which would be causing a load issue?
when first accessing my site the slideshow does not load and instead shows the circular icon in the middle of the screen, it is only when I refresh my page that the slideshow loads up properly
