but I warn you, you have 2 others JS errors in the browser console, due to the scripts used in your template
you shall contact the template developper to fix this

I have enclosed form with datepicker and I conflicts with slide ck, I tested several solutions in vain I have also tried plugin easyquery but not get it to work quite right.

He has a solution
