Slideshow CK Not showing up

Recently updated joomla version to 3.5.1. Had issues with old homepage slider (ariimageslider) so decided to use Slideshow ck which we use on other sites of ours. Not currently working on our site, but showing up in the source code. Thoughts?

the problem is here

both lines shall not be there as jquery is already loaded on top of the page
Please remove them from your template (assuming that the second one is also loaded by your template)
Then try again
