I have checked again your config and there is something wrong
please do a simple test
- publish the accordeon menu module in "position-7" in the template "protostar"
then check if the mobile menu works , it shall look like that

PS : currently you have published the accordeon module in a specific position of your template that is already a mobile menu ...

My apologies for the delay. The problem was that the MobilemenuCK in small screen view was hidden behind a 72px-deep div that has a fixed position at the top. When I moved the position, your menu was visible.
