Hi

FYI

I found the problem of this issue. A few days before I installed
a plugin named "JU Sticky Panel Plugin".

If you enable this plugin , you get the issue.

(Only for those guys who try this plugin in connection with TC)

Hello, I have the same problem. And no JU Sticky Panel Plugin installed... But I installed using quickinstall... Is this a problem? Once I save I loose all css design and can't even load a theme or preview.

the problem with quickinstall is that you think that "magic_quotes" are OFF, but for an unknown reason to me, there are still ON .Then breaking the component. Ask your host provider to check this point, or install joomla manually
