Template Informations - Bug?

Ok,
Having an urgent on doing a Customer template I thought to import on of your free template and modify it step by step.

At the end of my work I thought to change the template informations on the TC CK, but the fields "Creation Date" and "Author URL" don't want change!

• Is this a bug?

I discovered that going on the TC CK Templates list, selecting the template, click edit = I can edit the same Informations with success.

if you mean on Data Creation because you used 04/2013, No beacause I tested trying to input 20130613

if you mean in Author url, No beacause I tried the two ways www.domain.com and just domain.com

- Components - TCCK - Templates list - open clicking the template - Informations...

- Components - TCCK - Templates list - selecting the template - click edit = I can edit the same Informations
