Sorry I didn't really understand as you asked me to upload and tell me if it was working.
One thing I have noticed is a difference between rows generated automatically by Template Creator and the ones I add to the template.
The rows/columns (boxes with the magenta line) generated automatically have no name (id) but the rows I add through the design interface are given a name by default.
No name
Name given automatically.

If you are asking me does this fix the problem of icons appearing like crazy then yes I think it does stop that happening.

Actually the icons have started going crazy again. This time it is when I change the colour of H1 title tags in the parameters settings.

I have now found an alternative solution which doesn't require applying icons to module position in Template Creator.
Firstly I put the below in the custom CSS.
custom css
I then added
as shown below
I may look to use an alternative set of icon fonts as FontAwesome look a bit ugly when used this way but at least I have a solution.
Firstly I put the below in the custom CSS.
custom css
Code:
.module-icon:before{
font-family: FontAwesome;
margin-right: 10px;
color: #fff;
width: 40px;
height: 40px;
background: #ff2222;
padding: 10px;
border-radius: 50%;
}
I then added
Code:
module-icon fa fa-search
as shown below

I have another update if you want to test
www.dropbox.com/s/ldkuvunnx6mgkho/templateck_template.js?dl=0
it fixes the icon selection, also in the right column and for the SVG icons
www.dropbox.com/s/m0rrr1xk7ix68dg/ajaxstylescss.php?dl=0
to replace in the "interfaces" folder, it will add the icon options on the right column too
