Closed menu in mobile

Closed menu in mobile was created by trogladyte

Currently, the menu in mobile displays with it fully expanded. The client has requested that the top level menu items only appear when clicking the hamburger button, and that the sub level items appear when the top level item is clicked. I have the top level set as a URL because Apple fails if the top level is set to anything else.

Is this possible?

Just the default one. I struggle with Maximenu, :P

I just can't get my head around understanding MaxiMenu. I know it's what I need to use, but I've had 3-4 attempts at trying to figure it out and it stumps me every time. Even with the params add-on I still can't get it to work anything like I want.

I've just done a workaround. Convinced the client to remove submenus (these are still an issue functionality wise in Apple products), and I made a "mobile-only" copy of the menu to add the dividers between menu items which I don't have/need for the desktop version.
